I took these on August 13 -- and the first pic has their "vitals". Jack is doing GREAT!
They are all eating greens, veggies, bugs (mealworms and roaches, two kinds) and pellets. I switched out their lights for the Mega-Ray 160w UVB lamp -- with 50/50 full spectrum flourescent, and another spot at the other end that is regular halogen, no UVB. I attended the AAV (Assoc. Avian Veterinarians) conference in Providence, RI a couple weeks ago and met Dr. Maas and Dr. Johnson-Delaney (she is doing research with Bearded Dragons and Veiled Chameleons) - and spoke with both about husbandry, Jack, Coccidia in general, treatments, and such. They STILL have coccidia, so they live in a "sterile environment" in their tank - and it's cleaned daily as reinfestation is the #1 reason it's so hard to get rid of, and they are starting another round of Trimethoprim/Sulfamethoxazole Suspension 30mg/kg.
